If you are returning an item due to a problem or defect, please contact our Customer Service Department before attempting to return the item to see if we can assist you. Our Customer Service department is open from 9am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. Customer Service phone number is 248-494-4460, ext. 505.
To return an item for a refund:
- Email us at email@example.com to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Send us the undamaged item you want to return, including original packaging and included accessories, along with a copy of your packing slip or receipt and a completed RMA form within 30 days of delivery.
- Your debit/credit card will be credited back for price of merchandise, less a 15% restocking fee. Damaged or incomplete items may be rejected and returned to buyer without refund.
To return a defective item:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Once the RMA is completed, our Customer Service department will issue a return shipping label.
- Send us the damaged or defective item, including original packaging and accessories, along with a copy of your packing slip or receipt and a completed RMA form.
- Once the item is recieved. we will repair or replace the damaged or defective item and return it to you free of charge.
